What is a Storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP)
A SWPPP is a written document that identifies the potential sources of stormwater pollution at a construction job site, describes stormwater control measures that are used to reduce or eliminate pollutants in stormwater discharges, and describes procedures and practices which will be implemented to prevent potential pollutants from becoming a part of stormwater runoff.

We Provide Expert and Timely Services For
Construction General Permit TXR150000
Project with a disturbed area of 1 to 5 acres
· Develop a site specific SWPPP Narrative
· All applicable regulations research
· Regulatory documentation, Permitting and Planning
· Develop and Erosion Control Plan if not included in the Civil Plans
· Perform the mandatory 7 or 14 day and Rain event inspections
Projects with a disturbed area greater than 5 acres
- Develop a site specific SWPPP
- Including all mandatory Signatory Pages and Site Postings
- Develop an Erosion Control Plan if not included in the Civil Plans
- Complete an Online NOI via STEERS for your Project and assist our contractors in completing the signing process of the NOI
- Perform the mandatory 7 or 14 day and Rain event inspections
- Upon completion of the project complete an online NOT via STEERS and forward to contractor for signature
As your compliance partner, Texas SWPPP Services will develop your SWPPP, perform the mandatory inspections, assist with any necessary updates to your SWPPP as it is a living document. We are there to assist you from the beginning of your project until the end of your project ensuring that you meet all requirements of the TPDES Permits and Regulations.
